Blended whiskey is a blend of one or more whiskeys, which can themselves be made from any combination of malted and unmalted grain.
Blended whiskeys are generally cheaper and more accessible than single malt or single grain whiskeys, but lack the individuality of a spirit distilled from a single base product in a single location. On the other hand, they are more malleable in terms of style, an attractive asset for distillers who need to create a consistent "house style".
Although blended whiskeys are considered less exclusive than single malts and therefore less likely to fetch high prices, some of the world's best known and most expensive whiskeys are blends. The Johnnie Walker brand demonstrates this perfectly; Its Blue Label product costs hundreds of dollars a bottle, while its cheaper Red Label is one of the most widely available whiskeys in the world.

Chum Churum Original Soju is made from a mix of grains and rice. Popular as Korea's national spirit, soju is a well-known drink in Asian countries. It's smooth and carries subtle sweet hints along with aromas of pear and ginger. It features a fruity flavor with jasmine and ginger notes. The finish is subtly sweet, and the drink partners well with spicy Korean dishes. The liquor is made using alkaline water that helps to enhance its flavor.
