What if you don’t have what I’m looking for?

Let us know if you don't see a particular product you are looking for by using the Contact Us link. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and work closely with our retailers to provide a selection our customers desire most.

In some cases, we may be able to reach out to our distributorsfor the product and timelines in which the product can be available. We can also get in touch with you to see if we can help you with another product that is similar is taste and price and may be able to offer a comparable substitution.

How long do deliveries take and are delivery times guaranteed?

  1. Delivery times are subject to availability of goods and other factors such as the quantities ordered, trafficconditions and time order. TipsyTopsy does not guarantee the timing of deliveries, although we will try our best to process your order as soon as possible.
  2. Deliveries to most areas in Singapore can be arranged within 24 hours. Deliveries to specific areas may take longer to process.
  3. We do not process orders or deliver between 10.30 pm to 7.00 am in compliance with regulatory requirements in Singapore.

Where can I have my alcohol delivered to?

Deliveries must be made to a residental or commercial address. Tipsy Topsy will not deliver alcohol to a PO box or a public place of any sort including parks, beaches, dry campus buildings, or any restaurant or other facility with a liquor license.

Please note that deliveries to hotels, schools and hospitals may not be available depending on the policies and practices of the venue. In those circumstances, Tipsy Topsy reserves the right to cancel the order.

In the event that you schedule a delivery to a hotel, please note that you must  be physically present to accept and acknowledge receipt of the order at the time of delivery. In the event that there is no show by you at the time of delivery, Tipsy Topsy reserves the right to cancel the order with no refund and/or to impose additional delivery charges if a re-delivery is requested by you.

Does it matter how old I am if I want to have alcohol delivered to somebody who is of age?

Yes, in Singapore you must be 18 years old to sign up for an account on our website and to legally purchase alcohol. Tipsy Topsy does not sell alcoholic products to person under the age of 18.

Can my order be delivered chilled?

You may indicated in the Comments filed when placing your order that you would like the products chilled  and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Is it possible to pay in cash ?

Cash Payments under delivery of the products are not available.Payments for all products purchased on our website must be paid for at the point of purchase and we only accept major credit cards.

Of course! Security and online safety are priority measures considered by us. We have taken significant measures and used advanced technologies to make the site secure and trustworthy. We ensure that all information is kept confidential by using the most advanced security methods and encryption systems available today. What are customer service hours?

Our website is available for browsing 24 hours and seven days a week. However, please note that all orders received between 10:30pm to 7:00am will only be processed after 7:00am the following day.

Can I order without limit?

In compliance with regulatory requirements, the limit for each alcoholic product is 50 pieces per order. There is no limit on the number of different products that you can order in a single order.
