HENDRICK'S is an unusual gin created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious but wonderful infusions of rose and cucumber infuse our spirit with their uniquely balanced flavors, resulting in an immaculately smooth, distinctive gin.
WHY ISHENDRICK'S GIN IS SO SEDUCTIVE
HENDRICK'S GIN is made through an absurdly inefficient but pretty glorious process. Essentially, to make a gin, we first create two. One on an old-fashioned still that produces a rich and complex spirit. The other on a long-necked Carter Head, producing a delicate, more refined spirit. Each still is infused with an unusual symphony of 11 botanicals: chamomile, elderflower, juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, cumin, coriander, cubeb berries, angelica root, yarrow root and orris root. The gins from the two stills are then married together and adorned with odd but wonderful infusions of rose and cucumber.
This unusual method of making gin allows HENDRICK'S to taste light yet intriguingly complex. The result is a wonderfully refreshing gin with a delightfully floral aroma that will enhance any gin cocktail and any occasion.

50ml HENDRICK'S GIN
150 ml tonic water
3 thinly sliced cucumber slices
HOW TO... MAKE
Combine all the ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir lightly and serve.
Garnish with 3 thinly sliced cucumber slices.

25ml fresh lime
25ml Simple Syrup
Mineral water
3 cucumber slices for garnish
HOW TO... MAKE
