The grapes are grown in the Hoya de la Cierva vineyard, a small, sandy valley that lends the wine its unique mineral character. With minimal intervention, the natural terroir shines through.
Fermentation begins in concrete open fermenters, lasting six days on the skins. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 14 months in 1,000L French oak tanks and barrels—adding structure and richness.
