These plots include 55-year-old Grenache vines, contributing depth and elegance to the blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Cinsault.

Grapes are harvested by night to preserve freshness, capturing vibrant aromas and acidity. A gentle, low-pressure pressing results in a clear and fruit-forward rosé. Fermentation takes place at low, controlled temperatures, allowing selected yeasts to develop delicate ester-driven flavors that define the wine’s character.

Clarification occurs naturally under cold conditions, and the wine undergoes just one filtration before bottling. This minimal intervention approach ensures the preservation of varietal aromas and the wine’s natural expression.
