Tequila
Tequila comes from the Weber blue agave plant, a succulent that resembles aloe vera. Farmers harvest the agave after seven to ten years of growth. They ferment and distill its juices with water to create tequila, a spirit deeply rooted in Mexican tradition.
Types of tequila include:
- 100% agave tequila with pure flavor
- Mixto tequila made with at least 51% agave
- Blanco (unaged) tequila for cocktails
- Aged tequila for sipping
